Project Details
The Brea Plaza parking lot had an aging lighting system of 49 fixtures with various 1086 and 486-watt lamps. Maintenance and upkeep costs were on the rise and the fixtures were quickly becoming obsolete.
LTS Property Services replaced the facility’s light pole fixtures with 49 LED lamps. The project increased visibility throughout the shopping center, creating a safer environment while reducing energy and maintenance costs.
