Project details

UC-Irvine needed a lighting control system to address the acute problem of lights being left on in unoccupied rooms and buildings. Without a proper lighting control system in place, lights left on all night wasted energy, caused excessive wear on the fixtures, and increased costs for both repairs and maintenance.

As a solution, LTS Property Services installed Lutron’s premium Quantum advanced lighting control system. This allowed UC-Irvine staff to better manage the lighting systems, as well as save on energy and maintenance costs.
