Lower costs. Retrofit for LEDs. Comply with Title 24.
Save money on lighting
An interior LED retrofit will optimize your lighting system and reduce energy costs.
Our lighting professionals examine every fixture and implement the latest efficiency and control technologies. The goal is to deliver the appropriate lumens spaces require and reduce lighting loads and operating times, thus saving you money.
An LED retrofit is more efficient than fluorescents tubes and CFLs. LEDs last up to ten times longer and contain no toxic mercury. LEDs also produce high quality light with minimal maintenance and typically pay for themselves within three years.

YOUR LED RETROFIT QUALIFIES FOR 100% ENERGY PROJECT DEDUCTION
The Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 179D), permanently extended by Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021(CAA)
EPAct 179 allows the investor of energy efficient improvements to fully depreciate (100%) the entire cost of improvements in current tax year in which the improvements are made. After 12/31/2021 the amount of tax savings is adjusted for inflation.
Free Tax Benefit Assessments
LTS Property Services can provide review of your project on a Complimentary Basis. Upon completion of the Complimentary Review, we will estimate your projects tax deduction and provide you a fixed fee quote to process your EPAct 179D tax deduction.

The Benefits of Epact 179D
The maximum deduction of $1.80/sq ft. is compromised of three partial deductions: up to $.60/sq ft. for lighting, HVAC, or building envelope each.
Ensure changes meet Title 24 lighting limits
Low-watt LEDs and light-sensitive sensors can keep your buildings in compliance.
California’s Title 24 energy codes limit the amount of watts per square foot a dedicated space—such as an office building, restaurant, or parking garage—can use. Title 24 codes kick-in with any remodel or new construction requiring a permit. In addition to LED retrofits, Title 24 controls also dim and manage demand or turn off lights throughout the day.
